Research On The Evaluation Of Inclusive Financial In Anhui Province-Analysis Based On The Perspective Of Financial Supply

The basic meaning of inclusive finance refers to the institutional arrangements for the provision of sustained,comprehensive and effective financial services for all sectors and groups of society as a whole.At present,China's development of inclusive finance is steadily advancing,but there are many factors,especially the perspective of financial supply,that affect the level of financial inclusion.It is difficult to form the unified evaluation criteria.There are few researches analyzing the level of development of inclusive finance from the perspective of financial supply.The development of inclusive finance cannot be separated from the supply of the main supply,supply services and a complete financial supply system.It is very important to systematically analyze the supply factors to enhance the level of inclusive financial development and improve the breadth and depth of it.Since the concept of inclusive finance was proposed,with the help of accurate opportunity for poverty alleviation,the government of Anhui province is promoting the development of it,and is enlarging the service range of financial institutions in the remote areas and improving the availability of financial services.However,the development of Anhui province is still at a low level and at the overall middle of China.It also falls far behind of the six provinces of central China,and the gap with the other four provinces is very small.How does the level of inclusive finance in Anhui and What are the problems in the development process are the focus of this paper.Based on the research of scholars at home and abroad,this paper constructs a framework to analyze the development of inclusive finance in Anhui province.Firstly,the literature review introduces the related concept of inclusive finance and financial supply;secondly,the factors of inclusive financial effects and the existing measure methods are summarized through analysis.And then,based on the perspective of financial supply,evaluates the development of inclusive financial supply from the department of completeness,product diversity,the rationality of risk control,cost,service satisfaction and policy support,and uses AHP model to measure the development of Inclusive Finance in Anhui province;finally,based on the current situation analysis and empirical measure,we know that Anhui inclusive financial development is still at a low level.
