In the21st century, the uniqueness of Human Resources and Intellectual Capital has become the key point for an enterprise. Mr. Carnegie, the King in Steel Industry, said that:"I will repossess what I lost within the coming2or3years only if my key staffs are here with me, no matter my manufacturing plant, railway, or ship is occupied, my money is taken away, or even everything of mine is lost." So it is clear that the key staff is the most valuable for an enterprise, which is the also resource for company’s life. Therefore, the key staff must be remained and the importance of key staff should be aware of if an enterprise would like to keep its success in fierce competition. It is important and cannot be replaced for the management and development of an enterprise if the key staffs grasp the core competitiveness.So the attrition of key staffs has become a serious problem in management for enterprises, which reduces the profit, weakens the competitiveness, negative influence on employee’s morale and production, it is the invisible enemy for company’s profit. Focus on the current status in JM Company, Key Staff Attrition, the article is to find out the main problems in HR management for JM Company by the methods that, combining the theory and practice, Qualitative and quantitative, questionnaires inquiry, comparative analysis, etc; and to take the HR management and Organizational behavior as the theory, point out more scientific and operable strategy to keep the talents. Sincerely hope that the article will be useful for JM company about its problem related key staff attrition, and it can help to keep the key staffs, set up its own system which is suitable for enterprise and feasible, such as setting up the enterprise culture of its own characteristic and talent incentive policy, etc., and to create a harmonious atmosphere. So that the satisfaction and loyalty to enterprise from the key staffs will be increased and the cohesion and competitiveness will strengthened, which helps enterprise to be more and more developed continuously and stably.
