With the development and deepening of the reform and opening policy and social marketing economy, there were more profound changes in china’s society, economy, human producing and life style and ideology, especially there are huge change on the development of information technology and knowledge-based economy. Furthermore, with China’s accession to the WTO, its economic development has been going to a higher level, and the rapidly development and raise of domestic corporations drives the rapid advance of Chinese social economy. While for the enterprises that were treated as indispensable factor to social economic entity, and in the environments including economic and multi-azimuth competitions, there were more big challenges and problems for enterprises management and innovation at present, which are how to sustainably develop enterprise, how to make enterprise enduring, how to continuously improve the core competitiveness and market position for enterprise.However, what will be depended by the core competitiveness of enterprise? It should be the existing human resource and capital, because human resource is the driving force and major carrier creating value and fortune to enterprise. Therefore at present, all enterprise will be required to furthest develop the potential of existing human resource or capital, to actively redeploy their work initiative and enthusiasm, so that to improve overall enterprise’s management efficiency. Nowadays, the staff born after 1980 s is the main human resource to corporation, has its characteristic, style, thinking and behavior which are quite different from traditional human resource in the past, as a result, the current corporations have to break the traditional mode of human resource management, accordingly to establish scientific and effective new human resource management mode in order to furthest develop their potential, exert their initiative, strengthen their innovating ability and consciousness, adjust the incentive measures to them in real time, consequently to constantly improve the performance of them and corporation so that to provide important guarantee for individual and corporation.This Paper will put forward some problems need to pay more attention during human resource management and some new thoughts and ideas after analyzing the current situation and problems, growing up background and process of the staff born after 1980 s, and then to offer a new human resource management solution for corporation to effectively and easily manage staff born after 1980 s.
