With the economic conditions changing rapidly, enterprises are facing fierce competition. in order to adapting to this cruel and environment of opportunity, leading enterprises are constantly thinking about how to ensure the leading position, and the disadvantaged enterprises are explorating to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. In order to ensure the normal operation of enterprises, the capital chain structures and the operation is very important.enterprises need to have enough capital to survival and development, they must improve the capital turnover. This not only solve the basic problem of operation, but also enable enterprises and individual business,and it has occupied the market share to expand the scale of operations. So in this situation, our country financial service institutions, other organizations and individuals have connecting links. At present, these financial institutions are also seeking to maximize the benefits, continue to carry out reform measures to seek opportunities and development space.With China’s financial service institutions expanding the scope of business, leasing credit sales operation is becoming more and more familiar to people. In order to better carrying out the leaseing credit sales operation and other credit sales operations, financial services institutions in business are controling their risks, so its human resources departments are exploring and reforming new staff recruitment and training for the operating risk departments.We use the Z corporation risk control department enrolled employee training case to describe、analyze、discuss and study, finally draws Countermeasures and suggestions.
