Currently, most of the domestic software industry channels studies are based onSAP, UF, Kingdee, which are large software companies. However, the channel of Smalland Medium Sized software companies have not often been a case to be studied.WeWay Software Development Co., Ltd. is a growing SME management softwarevendors. To study its status of its development history, channel management willprovide more practical significance for the majority of SME management softwarevendors.In this paper, comparative analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis, lookinginto the other papers will be used to study the channels of WeWay Software with the3dimension of the channel structure, channel behavior, channel relationships.Our analysisshows the channel structure, channel behavior, and channel relationships interact witheach other and make an impact to channel effect together. so the improvement of thechannel, you can not start from one prospective, you need to consider from the3overallprospective. Channels governance through the channel length, width, breadth, channelefficiency template, type of conflict, strength, rights, confidence in the commitmentmodel analysis, pointed out that the channel structure, channel behavior, channelrelationships, each of the three current need to improve the main points. In accordancewith these improvements impact on the global level, show the effectiveness of thelength of time, further pointed out that the the improved key points of the current windtook channels. The value of this paper is providing a practical program, but also for themajority of growth-oriented small and medium-sized software vendors counterparts toprovide a reference for the wind took channel improvement. The lack of this paper isthat no drainage improvements, costs, risks, to do an in-depth analysis, which led to thelimitations of this study.
