With the continuous advancement of China's medical reform system,the marketing channel construction of China's pharmaceutical industry also faces new changes."Much starker choices-and graver consequences-in" development planning,portend the future five years market demand will be a sharp increase of the pharmaceutical industry in our country,for the pharmaceutical companies provides excellent growth opportunities,but foreign pharmaceutical enterprises with advanced technology and advanced marketing channel construction,in the domestic medical market compete with domestic pharmaceutical companies,brought new challenges to the development of China's pharmaceutical enterprises.Current medicine of globalization gradually formed,GH company want to obtain the good development rely on advanced science and technology is not to achieve,must also strengthen the management of the enterprise itself,to expand their own marketing.GH company's pharmaceutical sales is mainly done through agents around the dealers,although sales have been growing in recent years,but the slowdown in the growth rate,and a lot of problems in the process of marketing channel management.This paper will emphatically study of GH company,the application of marketing channel related theory,combined with the pharmaceutical industry market situation,has carried on the market research,an objective analysis of GH company's business development present situation and problems of marketing channel management strategy,based on this,puts forward the optimization strategy of GH company marketing channel management.
