The salary management is the important constitution of the modern enterprisemanagement. Whether the salary management is scientific and whether the paymentsare reasonable can directly influence the development of the enterprises. Within thecurrent market competitive environment with the drastic competition, the manufacturingenterprises should build the scientific and reasonable piecework remuneration system.This is not only able to stimulate the working enthusiasm of the employees but also ableto improve the productivity of the enterprises. Within the enterprises, the design of theemployees’ payments is the basic work of the salary management and hence the salarydesign should consider both the fairness and the efficiency. If there are issues in thesalary structure and salary level, it is difficult for the salary management of theenterprises to work effectively and hence it will inevitably result in the disadvantageousinfluence on the development of the enterprises. Therefore, it is particularly important todesign the piecework remuneration system which is appropriate for the development ofthe manufacturing enterprises. Based on this, the author researches and analyzes theredesign of the piecework remuneration system according to the work practice. Thispaper develops the relevant researches mainly around the following aspects.Chapter1introduces the research background and the research significance of thispaper and then introduces the research aims and research methods on the basis ofreviewing the relevant research results at home and abroad. In Chapter2, the researcherintroduces the salary management theory and the competitive theory. This is thetheoretical basis of this paper. Chapter3takes Company A for example to introducesthe current situations of the piecework remuneration system in the manufacturingenterprises in China. What is more, the researcher emphasizes to survey and researchthe piecework remuneration system of Company A and draws the conclusion towardsthe necessity of redesigning the piecework remuneration system of Company A.Chapter4is mainly about the redesign of the piecework remuneration system. Theauthor puts forward the basic ideas, rules and main contents of the pieceworkremuneration system in Company A and the evaluate the advantages of this project and its expected effects in brief. In Chapter5, the author puts forward the countermeasuresto guarantee the successful implementation of the new piecework remuneration system.Chapter6, determine the level of piecework remuneration in Company A and redesignthe structure of the piecework remuneration system in this company and evaluates theeffects of implementing the project. In Chapter7, the author summarizes the researchand puts forward the prospect of the future research.
