Organizational Climate Emotional Intelligence Employees And Employees' Silence

This paper focus on the impact of enterprise organizational climate on employee silence.Management style, organizational bureaucratic and interpersonal are the three aspects of organizations climate. The results show that management style, organizational bureaucratic and interpersonal have significant negative impact on nature silence, acquiescence silence, ignoring silence. The results also show that Emotional intelligence regulate the relationship between organizational climate and employee silence Emotional assessment ability adjust the relationship between management style and employee silence; emotional adjustment ability adjust the relationship between management style and employee silence, and emotional adjustment ability also regulate the relationship between the interpersonal relationship and employee silence; emotion utilization ability adjust the relationship between management style and the employee silence, and also regulate the relationship between interpersonal relationship and the employee silence behavior.According to the research findings, this paper also proposed a practical countermeasures to improve employees’ silence behavior. Managers can classify employees silence, and combine organizational climate factors that affect the different types employees silence to understand employee silence behavior patterns, to create favorable organizational climate and improve the performance of the employees as a whole. In addition, managers need to find different level of emotional intelligence of different people,then improve the organizational climate. Managers should pay attention to the staff with high emotional intelligence. They are more sensitive to the organizational climate and silent behavior.
