Analysis And Optimization Of Agricultural Structure In Nanjing Leisure

Leisure agriculture as a new industry with its ecological, green, environmental protection and leisure features attracts much attention nowadays. Macroeconomic environment and the change of the tourism market demand both at home and abroad, speed up the integration of urban and rural areas and new rural construction process. At the same time, some deep-seated contradictions increasingly prominent. therefore, it is necessary for the sustainable development of leisure agriculture to accelerate the leisure agriculture structure optimization and upgrading.In this paper,leisure agriculture in Nanjing is the research object. The paper reviewed and combed leisure agriculture related theory at home and abroad,borrowing the theory of utility, value theory, experience economic theory and sustainable development theory to engage in the quantitative research on present situation of the leisure agriculture in Nanjing. Using the rank-size rule to analyze Nanjing leisure agriculture scale structure; Using literature review, data analysis and field research, to comb and analyze the agricultural product structure; Using the near distance, geographic concentration index, Gini coefficient and geographical connection rate to analyze Nanjing leisure agriculture area spatial structure. Based on the above analysis, the paper, from the industry, product, enterprise, etc several aspects, puts forward the relevant optimization advice:①spatial structure optimization of leisure agriculture:relying on the National Tourism Leisure Outline, promoting urban leisure agriculture development; Promoting the industrial agglomeration to form small scattered and large gathering.②leisure agriculture optimization of product structure:broadening the product function; forming diverse leisure agriculture products to innovative leisure agriculture products; increasing the cultural ideas and investment in technology.③leisure agriculture optimization of enterprises:promoting enterprise collectivize to makes the overall leisure agriculture market; the government as a guide, enterprises as the core, strengthening the supervision and management of leisure agricultural enterprises.
