But have a competitive advantage in terms of historical and cultural tourism in Nanjing is not among the best. Under this background, the paper take the development of leisure tourism of nanjing as the research object, analyzing the development strategy and countermeasure,which has important reference meaning to the answer the problems that in the face of new situation, how to promote transformation and upgrading of nanjing tourism, accelerate from traditional sightseeing tourism to the modern leisure tourism, meet the needs of tourists constantly improve the level and solve the problems existing in the development of leisure tourism in nanjing for realizing the sustainable development of tourism in nanjing vb.On the base of the theory of leisure travel, and with these theories as guidance, we show the SWOT analysis on the development of leisure tourism in Nanjing. We take Nanjing pearl spring leisure vacation resort as a key example to research the development of leisure tourism scenic area, so as to solve the existing problems, we want to receive enlightenment from phenomenon, in order to realize the aim of scenic spot that solving the existing problems and better meeting visitors leisure need, and eventually promote the development of Nanjing leisure tourism continued.
