With the rapid development of Internet technology which has brought a new profit growth point for the business enterprise, more and more medium-sized and small enterprises choose e-commerce as a commodity trading. But with the rapid growth of information and data quantity, companies need to invest a lot of money in the computer hardware, software and human cost, and high operation cost seriously restricts the development of electronic business enterprises. In this case, the emergence of cloud computing provides new opportunities for the development of e-commerce enterprises. Users can instant lease purchase or exit the required hardware, software and computing resources according to individual needs through the Internet, which greatly saves the operation cost of enterprises. Therefore, the cloud service providers operating environment directly affect the electronic commerce transaction. At the same time, the users through the network application can make up complex interpersonal relationships on the Internet. Every user can deal with tens of thousands of other users. In this case, how to evaluate the quality of cloud-commerce has become a basic subject. In this thesis, based on existing research results, the trust management is introduced to cloud computing environment of electronic commerce transaction in order to provide theoretical basis for the healthy and orderly development of electronic commerce.Firstly, based on the study of the electronic commerce trust assessment of traditional Internet environment and the development of cloud computing technology, this thesis establishes the two-level trust evaluation mechanism which contains cloud-commerce operation environment and service transactions. It adopts the difference driving objective entropy weight method which determines the weight of the related index, the amount of influence factors, failure penalty function and similar trust degree control factor to the model.Secondly, considering the cloud service operating environment has the characters of openness, easy scalability, virtualization, the model adopts a variety of indicators to assess the quality of operating environment. It ultimately determines the evaluation object trust value through the operators of determining the evaluation factors and the weight, the fuzzy set transformation and de-fuzzy.Thirdly, the transaction entity of electronic commerce on the cloud environment is of dynamic, anonymity and autonomy. At the same time, the entity’s trust value and credibility will be reduced gradually with time going by. The thesis proposes a three-dimensional trust evaluation mode based on time series which combines the three levels of trust values of "past","now" and "future". Finally, it provides the selection strategy of cloud computing operating environment and electronic commerce transaction according to the trust evaluation value.
