In recent years, the labor dispatching method has got fast development in China; many enterprises use the labor dispatching method according to their operating conditions. But the labor dispatch employees’ identity is special in enterprises, they often be treated differently in the work, and the "unequal pay for equal work" compensation system has cause many disputes. The labor dispatch has become a social concern.Based on the previous researches, we pick up the labor dispatch employees as the research object in our study; investigate their scores on organizational justice, job involvement and turnover intention in order to describe the psychological state of the labor dispatch employees, and then explore the relationship of organizational justice, job involvement and turnover intention with those scores. This study used questionnaire survey method, a total of450questionnaires were distributed, and389valid questionnaires were collected. The following conclusions are obtained after the statistical analysis of scores.(1)The scores of the dispatched employees in organizational justice and job involvement are at the medium level, dispatched employees have a certain degree of turnover intention;(2)The demographic variables have some influence to the dispatched employees on organizational justice, job involvement and turnover intention;(3)The dispatched employees’ organizational justice and turnover intention are negatively correlated;(4)The dispatched employees’ job involvement and turnover intention are negatively correlated;(5)There is a positive correlation between the dispatched employees organizational justice and job involvement;(6)The mediating effect for job involvement to organizational justice and turnover intention exists; interpersonal justice and informational justice not only have effect on turnover intention by itself, but also have effect on turnover intention through the dedication and focus in the job;Based on the conclusion of the study, we puts forward some suggestions for labor dispatch staff management, in order to help managers take some measures to reduce the labor dispatch employees’sense of injustice, improve their job involvement level, reduce the turnover intention and create harmony labor relations.
