As a new type of employment, payroll outsourcing is more and more widespread. The management of outsourcing labors is becoming a practical topic in the theory and practice domain. As the phenomenon of"unequal pay for the same work"and"differential treatment between contract employees and outsourcing labors"is prevailing in the domestic enterprises, the outsourcing labors'organizational justice perception is received more attention.Based on the discussion about literature, the research construes outsourcing labors'mental sense with organizational justice to construct a theoretical model with the research ideas, such as trust and employee's job involvement. Taking the outsourcing labors in a company of Guangdong Telecom as research subjects, furthermore to take organizational justice as independent variable, trust as mediator, employee's job involvement as dependent variable to discuss the correlation and effect among organizational justice, trust and job involvement. This research adopted the method of questionnaire and handed out 204 questionnaires with 175 effective copies. Through the statistical analysis, such as Factors Analysis, One-way ANOVA, Person Correlation Analysis, Hierarchical Regression, and SEM, the research has got discoveries as follows: (1) There is a significant direct relation and influence between each dimension of organizational justice, trust and job involvement.(2) Trust to organization holds a media relationship toward organizational justice and job involvement.Based on the validation of the theoretical model, the research put forward the advice for outsourcing labors management such as establishing the system to implement procedure justice, carrying out"equal pay for the same work", enhancing the interaction between superiors and employees, and fostering the organizational culture with trust in order to improve the organization performance.
