Low-Carbon economy is an inevitable choice for the human community to respond to the environmental crisis and the energy crisis. It gets rid of the traditional economy, which based on the model of high energy consumption, high pollution, and high emission. Low-Carbon economy pursues a balanced and harmony model of social development and environment resources. The goal of Low-Carbon economy is to achieve a sustainable development of economic and society. Low-carbon economy not only puts forward new challenges to the areas of economics, asking people to change the mode of consumption, but also contains a deep-seated of moral appeal.Carbon ethics is a new set of values to adapt to the development of low-carbon economy. It’s content and nature maintain a consistent relation to low carbon economy. Fairness, responsibility and sustainable development as the main content of carbon ethics, not only enriched the allegorical interpretation of low-carbon economy in ethics realm, but also provide a scientific guide value for the development of low carbon economy. However, in the process of constructing a carbon ethics, many problems still exist. Such as:obstacles of human traditional mode of production and lifestyle, unclear environmental responsibility, and challenges of injustice on the construction of carbon moral.On the basis of the above research and analysis, the author proposed principles to be followed and the path of the carbon and moral construction. We should adhere to the economic development and resource protection as a whole, the principle of equality between all nationalities, the state and the principle of sustainable economic and social development. Finally, in the path of carbon and moral construction, we should change the development model, the implementation of the scientific concept of development; changing consumer attitudes, to promote low carbon consumption and building a responsibility mechanism based on government, enterprises and public.
