Management Of Information Technology X Company Projects

X company established own information management system, since its beginning. With the continuous development of new business, especially after China Unicom and Network Communication Company restructuring in2009, the original information system for mobile business development has been unable to meet the company full business development. Though the group company developed a new business support system, but because the test and trial operation time was short, and the new system mainly accorded to the management mode of mobile network base station, so it was not suitable for fixed network project that are numerous and requirement of construction is fast.X company project information management system involves PMS, ERP, procurement, contract management system. In this paper, through operation of system, research and statistical data analysis methods, and in depth study of the problem of project management process and systems, re-design the process and module function. For the problem that the present stage cannot solve, the paper propose optimization solution proposal. The ultimate goal is to make that the process and system is suitable for mobile network base station construction project management, also applies to the fixed network service project management, and really strongly support the company market whole business development. At the same time, in view of the importance and of internal control risk, this paper discusses how to strengthen the internal control and risk management through informatization construction.Finally, by comparing and analyzing the data before and after optimization, the paper assesses the effect of optimization process and system, and carries on the forecast on the prospect of Yunnan Unicom informatization construction from the perspective of their own.The thesis is divided into five parts:the first part: introduction, mainly expounds the research purpose, significance and methods; the second part:introduce the project management, theory knowledge related with information management; the third part:the whole analysis to the X company project information management status; the fourth part:the re-design of X company project information management processes and functions of the system, and to evaluate and design effect; the fifth part:the conclusion of the study, and carries on the forecast on the prospect of informatization construction from the point of view of company.
