Urbanization is an inevitable outcome in the process of economic growth, A growing number of economists realized that the link between urbanization and economic growth is closely and interaction, complement each other. In the process of economic growth will be accompanied by the rise of urbanization level, Rising level of urbanization, in turn, promote role on economic growth, and the urbanization can also be to human capital, physical capital, knowledge capital and the economic structure factors such as the medium, Indirect impact on economic growth. At present, the developed countries have basically completed the development of urbanization, And developing countries, especially in China, Is in the accelerated urbanization development stage, Therefore, this article through empirical analysis, Discussed the interaction relationship between urbanization and economic growth mechanism, Significance to the improvement of urbanization level and economic growth is very important. In this article, through draw lessons from the existing theoretical and empirical research results, Use of empirical analysis and normative analysis, A systematic and comprehensive analysis of the developing countries of the interaction between urbanization and economic growth mechanism, Focuses on the influence of urbanization on economic growth mechanism, At the same time proposed in accelerated urbanization development stage, How to effectively improve the level of urbanization at the same time also can promote the sustainable economic growth. In this paper, the main research content has the following several aspects:First, based on the existing theoretical research, Proposed thesis discusses the urbanization effect on economic growth mechanism, And through the Cointegration test, Urbanization and economic growth of11countries the inspection of the co-integration relationship, Concluded that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between urbanization and economic growth.Second, on the basis of Cointegration test, Based on Panel data model, In11countries GDP as the dependent variable. Urbanization rate, foreign trade dependence ratio of ratio, services, agriculture, the final consumption expenditure, total capital formation, labor, and the total number of higher education enrollment the eight variables as independent variables, set up Panel data model, Estimation results show that the final consumption expenditure elasticity is the largest, In urbanization rate, after the final consumption expenditure, Urbanization has a direct effect on economic growth.Third, in the fourth part of this article, By building a Multi-level statistical model, With labor total number and total capital formation as the independent variable, With GDP as the dependent variable of one equation and urbanization rate as the main arguments of the second equation, This paper analyzes the influence of urbanization on economic growth. Results showed that the urbanization with higher education enrollment rate only, Through labor total number of the variable indirectly impact on economic growth. Urbanization can’t single through labor total number and total capital formation indirectly affects economic growth. In the analysis process, Also found that the final consumption expenditure is the differences between the economic growth in each country. Finally, this article through to the Cointegration test、Panel data model and Multi-level statistical model, summarizes the results of analysis, According to the results of empirical analysis, put forward in the process of urbanization, How to better the development of urbanization and policy Suggestions on how to make the long-term sustainable economic development.
