External business environment of Chinese commercial banks has undergone tremendous and profound changes, and the financial competition increasingly is becoming increasingly fierce, with the accelerated pace of economic and financial system reform of our country. Competition between state-owned and international commercial banks gaps in the terms of financial products and risk prevention, control, and in the marketing ideas, marketing personnel and marketing technology gaps greater. Ability to further enhance the level of state-owned commercial bank marketing services, strengthen the quality of existing clients and potential demand for mining and the high quality of stock increase account penetration, expansion, increase client’s marketing efforts, is to determine the state-owned commercial banks in the new round of market competition in the success or failure of the key. Facing the severe and complicated situation, the state-owned joint-stock commercial banks must innovate the mode of operation, improving financial services, establishment of a market-oriented, client-centric business management system and operation. Client relationship management is the core of client value management, through the "one to one" marketing principles to meet the personalized needs of different clients, improve client loyalty and retention, achieve sustainable contribution of client value, thereby improving corporate profitability.This article focus on Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, Zhengzhou BH branch client management development, in the past7years, deeply analyzing the market environment, business activities,measures to the select factors such as its influence on the development of the clients managements, analyzing the bank market development, marketing on client management development,expounds the general market demand for change and its influence on the development of the bank.It’s to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of client management development of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, Zhengzhou BH branch, identify measures to promote sustainable development, specific products, channels based on a differentiation strategy, innovation and marketing management as the basis, continue to promote building management team, effectively raising the level of professional, eventually promoting healthy development of branch operations.This paper first introduces the basic definition, the client management content and management, client management, analyzing the influence of bank development and function.
