Since the economy develops fast, competitions have become more severe. It's important to understand the customer resource and relationship when facing the big clients. Nowadays, more and more enterprises realize that it's helpful to improve the operational efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction by means of strengthening the customer management.Power automation industry has earned a lot relying on power enterprise users'increase and favorable policies of national intelligence network construction. As the major suppliers of power automation industry, HG Company works on development, production, sales and service of power information collection. Although recently the company has developed well, its growth is still slow compared with other suppliers. HG Company has already fallen behind as one of the three vendors in the early age.The thesis sets on the industry where HG Company relies on and takes the clients management as the main line. Firstly, it analyzes the operation status of HG Company and the industry development, finding characteristic of clients in the target market and the great potential. Secondly, it investigates the current client management status of HG Company and client satisfaction, summarizing the problems which need to be improved presently in HG Company. Thirdly, it puts forward improvement and specific strategy according to the situation above, meanwhile it proposes the security aspects in the implementation of the strategies. Finally, it summarizes the client management strategies in HGCompany and makes the conclusion of differentiation marketing and management strategies according to different levels of clients. Currently there's few research on client management of power enterprise systematically in the field of power information collection system manufacturers of our power automation industry. The thesis does the research on present status and problems of client management in HG Company with the hope of making the improvement in HG and stimulating the relevant enterprises.
