During the global economic structure adjustment and the background of increasingly seriousenvironmental problems, the sustainable development of enterprises has become more and moreattentionable. On the one hand, Sustainable development requires enterprises in the process of seekingtheir own survival and sustainable development, should not only consider the current development needs,and to consider the needs of the development of the future. Both to maintain the existing competitiveadvantage, and the ability of sustainable development. On the other hand, it also requires enterprise increating profits, to realize enterprise profits at the same time, also undertake to shareholders, employees,consumers, and the natural environment. Enterprises emphasize more on their own development in theprocess of the attention to person’s value, the emphasis on contribution to the society, to environment andresponsibility. There is a close correlation with the enterprise stakeholders appeal happening at any timechange, and the appeal to the environmental and social responsibility has become more and more strong.Enterprises to achieve the goal of sustainable development, it has to maintain a long-term competitiveadvantage. It must be adapted to the social environment, also must bear the corresponding socialresponsibility, handle relationships with stakeholders better, weigh the demands of the enterprisestakeholders, to maintain the environment and ecological resources and coordinated.The traditional SWOT analysis method, however, conditions for enterprise internal factorsanalysis, often without introducing stakeholder demands to internal factors analysis, static analysis of theinternal strengths and weaknesses. Along with the enterprise strategic management increasingly shows thecharacteristics of dynamic, systematic, more and more urgently request us to update more effective way tofurther scrutiny.The introduction of stakeholder demands, complied with the development trend of strategicmanagement. This article makes every effort through to the stakeholders and their appeal to comb,analyzing the influence to the enterprise internal factors and the mutual conversion between types andfactors of form. Meanwhile, the enterprise’s advantages and disadvantages are no longer as deterministic ifintroduced to the stakeholder demands of factors into the SWOT immutable analysis, to become uncertain,change analysis of the factors. It broke through the SWOT analysis of the original mode and judge, willoriginally as the external factors of the impact of stakeholder demands, seeping into the internal factors and change the understanding of internal factors, and then based on the change of internal factors, to judge onSWOT analysis of the overall conclusion, namely on the "SWOT repeatedly analysis ".First of all, the Paper relevant the stakeholders and the SWOT theory, introduces the concept,definition and classification of the stakeholders, and then points out the question of the traditional SWOTanalysis. Second, introduce stakeholder demands to the enterprise internal factors analysis, the concept ofstakeholders and stakeholder demands on a certain distinction, combined with the previously mentioned,the shortage of SWOT, and the development trend of dynamic strategic management, discussed thestakeholder demands into the internal elements of the SWOT analysis of the necessity and urgency and putsforward the concept of "the SWOT analysis method again and again", and mainly discusses the influence ofdifferent stakeholder demands to the enterprise internal elements mechanism and form of expression. Again,"SWOT repeadly analysis" also suggests that strategic management decision-making process adjustment,development and stakeholder demands to adapt to strategic decision-making process, through thestakeholder demands into internal factors analysis, again carries on the SWOT combination analysis, andformulates the different response strategies. Finally, this paper argues that it also need to establish smoothchannels of communication with stakeholders and matching enterprise culture support system, in order toensure the operation of the "SWOT repeatedly analysis" better.
