Research On Restructuring Boards Of Central Government-owned Enterprises

To establish the modern corporate governance structure in Central Government-owned Enterprises is the core problem of deep reform of state-owned enterprises, particularly for the large. The board of directors is the key and core of modern company governance. The restructuring of boards of Wholly State-owned Companies have been implemented by SASAC since2004. The restructuring of boards of Central Government-owned Enterprises has been the key reform practice and theoretical research focus. This article analyses the evolution of boards of Central Government-owned Enterprises, summarizes the main measures of restructuring boards, studies the problems of restructuring boards, finally, and proposes policy suggestions on promoting restructuring boards of Central Government-owned Enterprises with high quantity and efficiency.
