Taizhou Unicom Broadband Access Project Risk Management Research

The risk management of the project refers to the project risk from the risk identification and analysis to the use of certain strategies to deal with the risk. it can minimize the influence the positive factors and maximize the negative factors.This paper studies the present situation of Taizhou Unicom broadband access project and the basic theory of project risk management.The main purpose of this paper is to demonstration necessity, feasibility, validity and importance of project risk management in Taizhou Unicom network construction. This paper presents risk management strategy of broadband access project.Risk management strategy is applied in Taizhou Unicom broadband access project so as to save the cost and shorten the construction period. The use of project risk management will promote the Taizhou Unicorn’s project management level to rise to a higher level, effectively enhance the Taizhou Unicom corporate social and economic benefits.This paper analyzes the concept and characteristics of Taizhou Unicom broadband access project risk management. In this paper the example of risk management of the third broadband access project shows how to analyze risk based on discussing risk analysis. Some methods have been applied in this paper, such as RBS, Delphi and PERT/CPM.We established the project management organization and authorities, straighten out the construction process and construction scheme of the project, analyzed the project risk, and put forward risk classification management program.There are many ways to deal with project risks, such as risk aversion, risk transfer, risk mitigation and risk retention.Risk monitoring interspersed in the project implementation process.Risk monitoring, including progress monitoring, cost control, quality control and security monitoring.The risk management of the project must be widely used in Taizhou Unicom network construction in order to reduce construction cost and shorten construction period.
