The Research On Antecedent Development Strategy Of Exploration Financial Project

Developmental finance organizations, which are represented by China DevelopmentBank (CDB), have changed from policy banks that cooperate with the governmentmacro-control and serve for the national development to market-oriented developmentalfinance organizations. In the last twenty years, CDB had accumulated valuable experiencethrough scientifically applying financial theories and methods that solute economic and socialdevelopment problems. Meanwhile, Business contents, which were based on infrastructures,basic and pillar industries, have expanded to the livelihood of grass-roots level andinternational operations. Furthermore, CDB has also transformed the policy finance that ischaracterized by fiscal financing to the developmental finance whose contents are activeconstruction of the credit, construction market, and market failure offset. It has exploited aunique development path with Chinese characteristics for development banks.The achievement of CDB is a result of diverse factors. But essentially, in order toguarantee conformity with country strategies and realize development of CDB,“planningahead”,“broad and long-term view”, and “overall planning” are the radical reasons.Meanwhile, in the context of financial globalization and sustainable economic and socialdevelopment,“planning ahead” of developmental finance is also significant to modern banks’scientific development. However, academia still lacks systemic research in concept and effectof developmental finance and “planning ahead” strategy. Therefore, this thesis will make ain-depth study about the influence and relationship of developmental finance and “planningahead” strategy to the economic and social development.
