Internal control is one of the important indicators to measure enterprisemanagement level,The implementation of the internal control evaluation of internalcontrol have played an important role in control again.electric power industry is thefoundation of the national industry, plays an important role in the national economy.With the deepening of the reform of the state electricity, electric power designenterprises,the leader of power engineering have to face the increasingly fiercecompetition, how to continuously strengthen their internal control constantly underthe situation of increasingly complex, is the guarantee of enterprise foothold.Given there is no domestic evaluation criterion for electric power designenterprises,This paper uses fuzzy mathematical theory and analytic hierarchyprocess,according to the “basic internal control norms for enterprises”,analysis offactors may affect the basic key elements of each,as evaluation of enterprise internalcontrol basic indicators.and press1-9scaling method for each level of indicator givesthe different weights,set up a internal control evaluation system applying to allelectric power design enterprises.Using the system to evaluate the internal control delectric power design institute,and compared with the actual situation,furthervalidated the feasibility of the established evaluation system.In this paper, the research for the perfection of our country electric powerdesign enterprise internal control has certain reference significance.
