The development of the social productive forces needs the requirements of the appropriate organizational structure, and even the new changes in lifestyle. Virtual value chain as the value creator of the information age creates a new field of cooperation to expand the market space for development by mining and creating the value of information.Departure from the valuation problem of virtual enterprise value chain, the thesis tries to enrich the existing theoretical results and the related research base theory of virtual value chain, and guides enterprises’awareness of the importance of the value of the value chain assessment. At the time of this study, around the valuation problem of virtual value chain, the thesis is based on the comprehensive use of documentary research and normative analysis and empirical analysis method, and follows the logic ideas from theory of the virtual value chain to the assessment index system and evaluation methods, and to the elaboration of the significance of the indicator system.Closely around the core objectives of the value of the virtual value chain, it specifically addressed the underlying theory, including the value of the value chain management theory, the researches of the virtual value chain at Home and Abroad and the connotation of the virtual value chain and the virtual value chain value. Eventually come to build the index system of general principles and specific principles. The general principles include the principles of destination, scientific principles, systematic principles, operational principles and the principles of timeliness, and the specific principles include the principles of virtual alliance, the principle of resource sharing, the principle of intellectual capital and the principle of customer value.Combine with the actual interviews, basing on general principles and specific principles, and initially establish indicators. By verifying and screening indicators through empirical analysis, finally it established a complete index system. The4level indicators include Information Hard Power, Information Soft Power, the virtual operational capabilities and the network marketing and online service capabilities. The13secondary indicators include the leading level of information technology platform, organization and coordination capabilities, the efficiency of the organization, the level of staff’s knowledge and skills, ability to innovate, goals and results-oriented management, a sense of team belonging, the ability to adapt to product delivery date change, the reaction speed to adapt to changing market, relations with partners, the ability to interact with customers, personalized service and marketing capabilities and customer satisfaction. Through the establishment of evaluation index weights, it makes a structural analysis of the index system. It thinks that Information Soft Power (0.4000) and the network marketing and online service capabilities (0.3000) are at a relatively important position, and the virtual operational capabilities (0.2000) and Information Hard Power (0.1000) are at a relatively minor position.
