| In the 21 st century,China's population dividend effect is decreasing year by year,it has become an important factor restricting the harmonious development of society,which,the aging of the population increasingly serious.It can be said that the pension problem has gradually become a plan about people's livelihood.Under this background,in 2009,Chengguan District Government in Lanzhou City,Gansu Province,visited the southeast coast to study about the advanced concept of aging pension,proposed to build a virtual nursing house in Chengguan District based on the national Huimin project which is improving the quality of life by science and technology.The integration of digital,network,intelligent and other information technology makes up the vacancy of virtual nursing home service system,truly builds a technology platform,effectively integrates market resources,and sets virtual nursing home as one of the sample projects in the social service management system for taking care of senior people's daily life,mental and physical health.This paper takes the aging medical and nursing integration service of the virtual nursing home in Chengguan District as the research object,uses the virtual value chain as the research tool,through the in-depth interview as the research method,builds the virtual value chain of the virtual nursing home.Through the analysis of each value activity in its virtual value chain,the problems existing in the present aging medical and nursing integration services are mentioned and analyzed.In order to further solve the problems existing in the aging medical and nursing integration service of virtual nursing home and to achieve the purpose of enhancing its service value,this paper starts the research with the value activities within the virtual value chain.The application of wearable health devices,which created based on the concept of the Internet of things and born under the new wave of science and technology,will renew the entire aging nursing industry and establish a new virtual value chain.Information utilization,as the media to delivers and enhances the value of value activities both vertically and horizontally.The value enhancement on the two aspects results in a scheme to improve the overall service value of aging medical and nursing integration.In addition,making sure the new value-enhancement scheme can be accomplished successfully,the paper also discusses on the insurances from the aspects of technology,supportive policies,social and economy development.In fact,the trend of applying the intelligent science and technology into human being's daily life has been un stoppable.The products invented under the concepts such as “Internet +”,big data and cloud computing have subtly changed people's lifestyle and enhanced their life quality.Then,improving the service quality of virtual nursing house,the application of intelligent wearable health-care devices into the aging medical and nursing integration service is also to be the irresistible trend. |
