The Research On Accounting Information Resource Integration System

Information resource is increasingly becoming the core resource today; corporate decision-makers are faced with a "data-rich, poor knowledge" dilemma, receiving no sufficient information for decision support.However,as the leader of the core financial data, accounting department is increasingly becoming the digital nerve center, holds the key information resources. However, it can not provide users information timely because of the defects of the existing accounting information systems, which leads more and more criticism from all people. So, it is necessary for accounting staffs to change their functions to promote the integration of information throughout the entire business of the enterprise, fully use a variety of information resources to help decision makers to improve business insight make smart decisions and achieve business value. This requires that the accounting information system to expand the sources of information, to provide better information processing, mining, and analysis capabilities to achieve changes in accounting functions.This paper attempts to build an accounting information resources integration system, and provide a way to realize information resource integration.Using specification analysis and interdisciplinary research methods, the paper analyses the demand to build accounting information resources integration system from the accounting information system defects and accounting functions expansion into two angle analysis of the demand for to build accounting information resources integration system, and define the meaning and scope of the accounting information resources integration, including inside and outside the enterprise’s business structure and non-structure accounting information, and also discusses the functions and features of the accounting information resource integration. In addition, the overall design of the system include:aspects of the overall framework, functional architecture and key technical support.
