The Research On ERP Project Risk Control In Refractory Material Enterprises

In new economy age, globalization and information have been enterprise development strategies. Information management level influences enterprise’s survival and sustainable development.ERP has been an important method for modern enterprise to implement information management.ERP is a high-investment, high-risk, high-reward, long-period and wide range information engineering, so it is an extreme huge and complicated "Management Revolution".The refractory material enterprise is a traditional and flowing manufacture enterprise, containing various working procedures which are compact and multiplex.ERP involves business process, organizational Structure, personnel,enterprise culture and so on, so implementing ERP has much uncertain.Furthermore, ERP management system is imperfect in our country. Implementing ERP has high risk without control and supervision.Based on the theory of ERP, this thesis takes implementing ERP in ZB refractory enterprise as the starting point to analyze project risk management,and establish a set of risk analysis frame. By determining key factors, it offers approaches and strategies for risk control, and provides a strong guarantee for risk control from internal and external information.Both normal analysis and positive analysis are combined in this thesis, and the theory of project risk management is applied effectively. The risk factors of ERP project in refractory enterprise are identified, and corresponding strategies are provided for refractory enterprises to identify and avoid risk. The thesis will have directive and positive effect on the success application of ERP project in the refractory material enterprise.
