The concept of carbon sinks fishery is firstly raised in China. It become a new economic growth point of China’s marine fisheries, the development has brought huge economic and environmental benefits. However, is our current fisheries financial support perfect enough? Whether financial development can provide strong protection for the development of the marine carbon sinks fisheries? These topics are wide concerned for the community.In this paper, the main work can be divided into the following five parts. The first, tend to be the carbon sinks fisheries and fisheries finance and carbon trading market theory. The second, demonstrate the huge earnings prospects of our marine carbon sinks fisheries. Simultaneous analysis of the marine carbon sinks fisheries is on the urgent need of financial support. Then, starting from the financial support subject, divided it into two categories, Banking credit support and capital market financing support. While the capital markets, including traditional equity and debt financing, the Fisheries Fund, as well as the emerging carbon trading market. Through theoretical analysis, a major impact on the development of fisheries on the marine carbon sinks is still banking credit, it can be divided into policy finance, commercial finance and cooperative financial. The third, with empirical research methods on the representative of the various types of bank, to study whether the Agricultural Development Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China, rural credit cooperatives and ocean carbon sinks fisheries have a long-term relationship, and trying to find financial support mode for our marine carbon sinks fisheries development. The fourth, based on the empirical results, analysis the connotation of banking support mode and capital markets support mode. Combined with China’s financial markets and ocean carbon sinks fisheries financing characteristics, finally established model of the banking support mode as the led and capital market financing as the expansion of the marine fisheries financial support. The fifth, put forward reasonable suggestions, mainly from the banking sector reform, capital market innovation and available operation ideas of carbon finance market development. To provide reference for the harmonious and steady development of the fisheries of the marine carbon sinks in China.The first innovation of this paper is that this "carbon sinks fisheries" theory is relatively new. Previous studies end with a simple introduction to the concepts and policy recommendations, lack to put ocean carbon sinks fisheries and financial support together. This article first evaluate and measure our marine carbon sinks fisheries development and potential future carbon market profits, and do a comprehensive analysis of the financial support for the main impact of marine carbon sinks fisheries development, provides a theoretical basis for the vigorous development of carbon sinks fisheries. Then do empirical research to find whether the different nature of the financial support and ocean carbon sinks fisheries economic growth has a long-term stable relationship, and trying to explore financial support mode which is suitable for marine carbon sinks fisheries development, In this paper, based on existing research, the of carbon sinks fisheries and financial development theory, combine the results of empirical analysis to study, and put forward reasonable suggestions. At the same time due to limited level of academic study of the author, analysis of literature and data capacity, this article is not deep enough, these problems will be continued and during the later learning and life, and the author expects to be able to accomplish something in the financial support of the fisheries carbon sinks.
