Study On Small-medium Foreign Trade Enterprises Financing Efficiency In Heilongjiang Province

Since the reform and opening up, the export-oriented economic development of Heilongjiang province develops rapidly, which is related exactly to the contribution of the small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises.Because of the location close to the boo-ay and the late development of history,the export-oriented economic development of Heilongjiang Province falls behind of the southeast coastal areas no matter in the scale or the speed.Especially in the financial crisis and the European debt crisis, the small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises are faced with reduced orders and the fact that can not make ends meet due to a substantial increase in the price of the raw materials and labor,this is undoubtedly a huge test for a large number of the small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises with the concentration of labor and resource.In the final analysis,small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises are facing rupture of capital chain,so it is a fundamental way to solve this problem through the smooth and efficient financial support.The Heilongjiang provincial government and academia concern the problem highly and have put forward countermeasures and suggestions,which will be great practical significance for the sustained and healthy development of the export-oriented economy in Heilongjiang province.This thesis explains deeply the financing difficulty reasons of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises,which is based on the study on the theory of capital structure in the MM theory, enterprises financing order theory, life cycle and financing theory.The thesis analyzes deeply and study overall for the financing problem of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises by using literature analysis,case analysis, combining qualitative and quantitative methods for the financing difficulty of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in Heilongjiang Province.This thesis finds and proposes the fact restricting the financing efficiency from the folk financing, credit guarantee,and the government behaviour,and then analyzes and summarize the problem from the inside and outside.Finally,this thesis offers practical proposals and measures based on the successful experience from home and abroad,that small and medium-sized enterprises to strengthen its credibility, widening external financing channels,financial institutions actively innovative financial products,government construction and improve the credit guarantee system and fiscal subsidy system work together to solve the problem of low financing efficiency of small and medium enterprises.
