Research On International Trade Financing Method Of Yiyang’s Small And Medium-sized Foreign Trade Enterprises

International trade develops very quickly in our country after we join the world trade organization from 2001 and now the international trade financing becomes one of the important activities of enterprise nowadays, which influences directly enterprise’s growth and profit. Meanwhile, small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises become gradually important part of market entity in our country as new emerging forces of our country’s economic development. Located in the north central part of Hunan Province, Yiyang’s economical development level is a little behind relatively within the territory of Hunan Province and it’s import and export will be the biggest weakness due to it’s very backward development scale, very slow development speed and a serious storage of funds. However, the trade financing situation of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises greatly decided their development speed, so how to untie this bottle neck will be a big pressing problem. This article will analyze its development tendency and solutions by summarizing the concept and characteristic and related theories of international trade financing, combining Yiyang’s current situation, according to developed countries’ successful experience and domestic failed cases and analyzing existing problems and reasons. Author tried to summarize effective way to optimize the international trade financing problem on Yiyang’s small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises by research on their current situation, so as to benefit the foreign trade development of Yiyang’s small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises, and this is also the real purpose of this article.This article starts from introduction and includes six chapters. The first chapter presents this thesis’ s research background, research purpose, literature review, the article main content and research method. The second chapter introduces mainly related concepts and theoretical basis of international trade financing, introducing its signification, characteristic and method, analyzed and researched its relevant theoretical framework. The third chapter analyzed mainly current development situation of international trade financing of Yiyang’s small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises, and research from two aspects: one from introduction of whole development situation of international trade financing of Yiyang’s small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises, and the other from empirical analysis research of trade financing situation by investigating and observing on the spot with some one typical enterprise as object. The forth chapter analyzed difficult problem and forming factor during international trade financing with Yiyang’s small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises for example. It analyzed the cause of formation of these problem from the theories and realistic angle according to analysis of problem caused by international trade financing of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises. The fifth chapter mainly introduced developing experience and cases of international trade financing of small and medium-sized enterprises at home and abroad, by which to find their developing successful experience and failure lesson, so as to find the breakthrough and the way to improve Yiyang’s difficult position of current trade financing. The sixth chapter mainly presents relative suggestion and solution for Yiyang’s small and medium-sized enterprises by author’s analysis of predicament of Yiyang’s current international trade financing and Yiyang’s small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises who are badly in need of optimization international trade financing.
