Then, learning from the successful experience of other country by reading the actual cases at home and abroad, and analyzing carefully of the current situation of housing reverse mortgages in our country. Combined with the degree of development of the institutional, economic and cultural development in our country, thinking the main obstacles of our reverse mortgage deeply.
