Evaluation On The Quality Management Of JH Company

In recent years, with the Major Automobile Plants accelerating their pace of global purchasing Auto Parts and Components according to the guiding principle QSPT (quality, service, price, technology) for procurement, competition in the Auto Parts Manufacturing Industry is also on the rise. Under the tough competitive situation, it is the key factors for Auto Parts Enterprise to be a winner to make quality as major management strategies to improve the quality of products and services, thereby enhancing competitiveness and profitability. And it is the premise of the enterprises to implement a successful quality management to carry out quality evaluation, identify enterprise quality management strengths and weaknesses, and to identify the direction of improvement,JH company as the object of study, this article analyses and evaluates the whole process of the quality of products and services of JH Company from the perspective of "quality loop". It specifically analyses JH’s quality management status on market research and development, product design, process design, procurement, production, testing, packaging and storage, sales, service and customer satisfaction control process etc. and compares with the best practice from benchmark enterprise or industry, thereby identifies the existing problems and gaps in the quality management in JH company.Finally, using ISO9004:2009self-evaluation tool, this article evaluates the maturity of the quality management system of JH Company, It sums up the advantages and disadvantages of JH Company’s quality management and points out the direction of the quality improvement and priorities. Meanwhile, it is hoped that the ideas on this paper may provide a guide and reference on implementation of quality evaluation for other auto parts enterprises.
