Research On The Evaluation Of Auto Parts Supplier Based On Supply Chain Collaboration

As the fast development of both global economics and the mode of supply chainmanagement,it brings the Chinese automotive industry opportunities.In order to achieve the effective integration of resources,automobile manufacturers strengthen cooperation with the upstream automotive suppliers,and a scientific system of resource matching is also increasingly important.Cooperation between manufacturers and suppliers can improve quality,enhance the auto supply chain synergies profit value and improve the core competitiveness of auto companies force.It is the focus of automobile manufactures to learn to appraise and select partners scientifically,all-around and effectively.Firstly,this paper describes the theory of supply chain coordination and supplier evaluation,combining with the management characteristics of parts suppliers and summarizing the problems of supplier evaluation index system.The questionnaire was used to analyze by SPSS and the evaluation index system was constructed.Then,BP neural network with strong learning ability and self-adaptability was selected and a supplier evaluation model was designed.At the same time,the data of the parts suppliers was tested by BP neural network and the supplier evaluation model was obtained.Finally,a GUI system based on BP neural network is designed by MATLAB.The research on the basis of supply chain coordination is closely linked with the actual situation of auto parts suppliers.The evaluation index system was constructed with 10 primary indexes and 31 secondary indexes.The weight of each index was determined,which can provide the basis for the evaluation of automobile suppliers.BP neural network evaluation model consists of 31 input layer neurons,14 hidden layer neurons,one output layer neuron,which can actually evaluate the supplier.The system GUI can be used practically and effectively.The research has some reference significance and practical value.
