| M Group is a key enterprise of logistics. It set up by the local government for the construction of the upper shipping center of the Yangtze River, to build integrated transport hub of the upper shipping center of the Yangtze River and accelerate the development of the western modern logistics industry established. So it is a major port enterprise for shipping, trade and logistics and other extended services.M Group’s currently situation is:it is stabilized for operating in the port and shipping logistics business content, process and organizational structure; and the management effort is in refinement, standardization, information technology; intensive development of the Group’s trade and logistics enterprises also need a programmatic guidance. Therefore, it needs to develop a practical implementation of the program of action for decision-making reference.In this paper, on the basis of studying the relevant research results at home and abroad, the M Group is an example. According to domestic and international benchmarking enterprise development path and development trends (including Mitsui&integrated trading company in Japan, domestic Zhejiang property), we find that the differences between domestic and foreign similar benchmarking enterprise by study and analysis, then we create a new suitable development path from risk management for M Group, to provide decision-making reference for the establishment of new trade and logistics system. This study is not only theoretical value, but also more practical significance and operability. The main contents include to determining M intra-group trade and logistics enterprise business nature, scope of services, business model, analysis of the changing situation on commerce business to give inspiration and reference for determining the operating mode connotation expanded formand risk control recommendations. And some examples are given. |
