Since China’s reform and opening up, the world has focused the rapid economic development of China. Small and medium-sized enterprises which are appeared during this period, plays a more and more important role in the national economy and provides jobs to support the development of the national economy. However, in recent years, the issue of the small and medium-sized enterprise financing difficult has widely appeared in public view. The folk lending and the prevailing of usury well explain the small and medium-sized enterprises are difficult to obtain financial loans from financial institutions. In order to develop, the small and medium-sized enterprises have to resort to get private pay for loans with high interest rates. Due to the development of the country is more and more relied on science and technology, so the high growth and high technological small and medium-sized enterprises will become an important factor in the development of the country. The country has attached great importance to this situation. After10years in October2009, China has launched the growth enterprise market for high growth and high technological small and medium-sized enterprise to create a good environment and provide financing platform.In this paper, combing the growth of the domestic and foreign papers and relying on the enterprise growth theory, we preliminary selected indicators of business growth and explained the selected indicators. Then using the way of cluster analysis which is based on SPSS software to screen and classify the indicators, the final establishment of the enterprise growth index evaluation system has been set up. In order to evaluate business growth easily, the paper first pretreated the indictors and developed evaluation criteria to calculate the critical value of each index of the highest and the lowest threshold. Meanwhile, the index weight set will have a direct impact on the end result of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation objectivity and feasibility. Therefore, this paper used principal component analysis, and extract information through orthogonal rotation to determine the weight of each index in evaluation system. Then combing weight of each index and fuzzy membership matrix, we use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build our business growth model.Finally, getting the conclusion with the empirical analysis of the gem listed company in eastern and western.
