In the era of knowledge economy, organizations are faced up with competitiveenvironment,a group of people-centered resources has been becoming the core factor ofcompetition.Small and medium-sized enterprises want to obtain sustainabledevelopment,it must develop these human resources effectively to realize scientificmanagement. Now,traditional way of enterprise management is no longer meet theneeds of the small and medium-sized enterprise further development,looking foreffective and credible methods is extremely urgent. Small and medium-sized enterprisehuman resources development is focused on incentive organization members, it willbring greater benefits for the enterprise.Because of organizational justice and jobsatisfaction are the important factors that affect employees work attitude andbehavior,these will product something beyond the expectations of managers andpromote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Therefore,carrying onthe research about the influence of organizational justice on organizational citizenshipbehavior,it is necessary to development of theory and objective practice.This study is based on the current situation of small and medium-sized enterprisesand the relevant investigation.The main content of the article consists of five parts.Inthe first chapter is the introduction the selected topic background and significance ofthis study,Defined for small and medium-sized enterprises of Xiangxizhou and raisedthe innovation points in this paper The second chapter mainly wil carry on the summaryof the literature, then put forward behind the hypothesis after consolidating thesetheory.The third chapter will put forward to model and hypothesis.The fourth chapter isconducting an investigation on about small and medium-sized enterprise employees ofXiangxizhou.sorting out valid data,and using structural equation model analysis.Finally,the full text will summarizeand put forward some shortage and outlook.
