Financial early-warning system is one of the most important study field infinancial management stream. It is also one of the bridges that connected theory andpractice. Based on research and pratices, this pape discussed the possibility ofbuilding a “four in one” financial early-warning system in companies. This systemwas composed of four parts.The first part of the system was called the indices tree which made the riskquantitive. The second part of the system was called risk threshold which divided riskinto different levels. The third part of the system was called risk reveal pattern. Wecould made finance which was always rock science to policy makers easier tounderstand by using a ligtening system. The final part of the system was calledintervention policy which could help company deal with risks.The application of the “four in one” financial early-warning system” proved verysuccessful and reveal the potential of development of this study field.
