With the rapid socio-economic development of the continuous improvement of living standards,human beings have to pay a heavy ecological environmental costs. Protection of the naturalenvironment and maintaining ecological balance, and to adhere to the sustainable development ofcircular economy mode has become the consensus of the community, its popularization andpromotion has become a hot topic of academic research.Fully draw on the basis of previous studies on the use of a low-carbon economy in the supply chainmanagement theory, binding Game Analysis Method of pricing and promotion strategies of electricvehicles. This paper describes the research status at home and abroad on the supply chain and itsmanagement, as well as the development of low-carbon supply chain and pricing overview, as thetheoretical basis of this article; Second, electric vehicles and their supply chain to elaborate at thisstage electric features and pricing of elements of the car’s development, highlighting the importanceof government subsidies in the pricing relationship in the supply chain; Furthermore, the use of gameanalysis method was constructed based on government subsidies-Pricing-preferences of consumersgreen game model, the government social welfare maximization are subsidized under the premise ofenterprises and subsidies to consumers both cases different strategies; proposed reasonable proposalsof the electric car promotion strategies of the last application of research findings from the macrolevel, the proposed mechanism for the further optimization of government subsidies in the promotionof electric vehicles importance.The innovation of this paper is to build a government subsidies led to social benefits for thepremise Gov-company-consumer tripartite Game relationship model discussed government subsidiesobjects of different policy for consumers and businesses. Obtained by the solution ofthe model and the numerical example, the government subsidy policy formulation related factors,provide a valid reference to further improve the strategy for the promotion of electric vehicles.
