Research On Differential Pricing Decision Of Closed-loop Supply Chain Under Government Subsidies Considering Quality Level

With the rapid development of science and technology and economy,new products are launched more and more quickly,and consumers' purchase intention is gradually enhanced,but the number of waste products is increasing rapidly.A large number of waste products can not be reasonably used and effectively treated,which makes the global resource shortage,resource waste and environmental pollution increasingly serious.Recycling and remanufacturing can effectively improve resource utilization and reduce environmental pollution.Therefore,many enterprises actively participate in recycling and remanufacturing.There are two problems in the process of developing recycling and remanufacturing enterprises.On the one hand,the quality level of recycled waste products is quite different,which increases the difficulty of recycling and remanufacturing and the complexity of enterprise decision-making;on the other hand,when the government implements subsidy policies to support recycling and remanufacturing enterprises,the objects involved in the policies are relatively single.Therefore,this paper will consider the quality level of waste products,considering the difference and no difference between new products and remanufactured products,respectively,to study the impact of government single subsidy policy and compound subsidy policy on the differential pricing decision of closed-loop supply chain.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)In the case of no difference between new products and remanufactured products,the decentralized pricing decision-making model of closed-loop supply chain under the single subsidy policy of recycling subsidy and remanufacturing subsidy is constructed,the quality level of waste products is introduced,and the optimal solution of the two models is obtained by using the reverse induction method.The effects of recycling subsidy and remanufacturing subsidy on closed-loop supply chain pricing decision,product market demand,recycling quantity and enterprise profit are analyzed and compared.Most of the existing literature does not consider the quality differences of waste products,and the unit recovery price of waste products is the same,so this paper will analyze the impact of the recovery quality level.Finally,numerical simulation is used to study the trend of the optimal decision-making of the supply chain in the range of subsidy coefficient and recovery quality level.The results show that the implementation of the two kinds of government subsidy policies is beneficial to the improvement of enterprise benefits and consumer benefits,and to the sustainable development of recycling and remanufacturing.(2)In the case of price difference between new products and remanufactured products,the decentralized differential pricing decision-making model of closed-loop supply chain under the single subsidy policy of recycling subsidy and remanufacturing subsidy is constructed,and the acceptance degree of remanufactured products is introduced.This paper analyzes and compares the effects of two kinds of subsidy policies on the optimal decision-making of supply chain.Most of the existing literature assumes that new products and remanufactured products are homogeneous,and does not consider the existence of differential pricing.Finally,the decision model is analyzed by numerical simulation.The results show that the two subsidy policies can greatly improve the efficiency of recycling and remanufacturing,and improve the acceptance of remanufactured products is conducive to promoting the production and sales of remanufactured products.(3)This paper constructs a decentralized differential pricing decision-making model of closed-loop supply chain under the compound subsidy policy,introduces the subsidy distribution coefficient,analyzes the change of the optimal decision-making of supply chain when the government subsidy coefficient and the subsidy distribution coefficient work together,and compares it with the two single subsidy policies.Most of the existing literature considers a single object of government subsidies,not the case of multiple objects at the same time.Finally,the decision model is simulated.The results show that the government's implementation of the compound subsidy policy can take into account the reverse recovery and forward sales of the supply chain,effectively improve the efficiency of the supply chain,increase the income of consumers who participate in the recovery or purchase of remanufactured products,and improve the enthusiasm of the whole society for recycling and remanufacturing.
