More and more domestic and foreign scholars are beginning to realize that the lack offormal governance in promoting business cooperation with stakeholders, began to focuson the informal governance issues. For the informal governance research has aLong-standing, Primarily from the field of marketing research on the upstream anddownstream in the supply chain. Since McNeil (1978) proposed the theory of relationalcontract, The mainstream research of Economics and Management have been beginning topay attention to informal governance, and with "relational governance" of the term hassummed up the various means of informal governance.Through combining with thetheory of transaction cost, the relational governance" is regarded as "formal governance"having the same status transaction governance means.In recent years, with environmental uncertainty and market competition profoundlychange, more and more business managers and researchers began to focus on thatRelational governance impact on businesses. Especially,Xinjiang agricultural productsprocessing enterprises under the relevant policies of the state and the autonomous region,regardless of the number or scale are increasing rapidly. But, this is also facing manyproblems, For example, when interest arising from differences between with stakeholders,and how to deal with, and deal with the problem of the Xinjiang region, to consider theparticularity of Xinjiang. This is because, Xinjiang in the less developed western regionsand agricultural products processing enterprises in Xinjiang’s social network single, socialand cultural complex, dealing with problems, not only handle between the interests of thestakeholders, but also to consider the differences in national culture and other issues.Therefore, when the enterprises are faced with high uncertainty environment, consider avariety of opportunities and threats in the environment, to measure their own strengths andweaknesses, and to create a competitive advantage by selecting the appropriategovernance model has become the survival and continued growth of key factors.We study Environmental uncertainty、 Environmental uncertainty and Enterpriseperformance with mainly in corporate governance theory, the theory of incompletecontract theory, relational contract theory and performance evaluation theory. In this paper,using empirical methods to study the relationship between environmental uncertainty andrelational governance as well as the relationship between governance and enterprise performance. First, choose Xinjiang agricultural products processing enterprises assamples, using a questionnaire survey and field observation required to obtain researchdata; Secondly, the use of the SPSS statistical software analysis and factor analysis toexplore whether there is a positive correlation relationship between environmentaluncertainty and the relationship between governance and the relationship betweengovernance and enterprise performance. Finally, the use of regression analysis in SPSS todetermine the environmental impact of uncertainty on the relationship betweengovernance and corporate performance; relationship governance on corporate performance;environment of uncertainty of the regulatory role of the relationship between governanceand business performance. The results of this study provide an empirical basis for therelationship between governance stakeholders of of Xinjiang agricultural productsprocessing enterprises, has some theoretical significance.We got the following results:(1)Environmental dynamism positively correlated withReciprocity、Trust、Ethics and Interactive intensity;(2)Environmental complexity ispositively related to reciprocity、trust、ethics and Interactive intensity;(3)Environmentalthreats and Reciprocity are positively related;(4)Trust、Ethics and Reciprocity positivelycorrelated with Corporation’s-run performance and Corporation short-term performance;Interactive intensity is positively related to Corporation’s-run performance (5)Underconditions of environmental uncertainty, firms tend to take Relationalgovernance;(6)Relational governance and Environmental uncertainty are positivelyrelated;(7) Interactive intensity and Corporation’s-run performance are positivelyrelated;(8)Environmental uncertainty can regulate relational governance and corporateperformance. Finally, the inspiration and advice based on the results of empirical analysis.
