| According to the current economic background and the characteristics of the artwork investment and management, the author designs an artwork investment fund. The article researches on the fund factors, such as investment target selection, investment strategy, management strategy and marketing strategy etc. Furthermore, the author explains the reasons why choosing these factors.Besides, the author establishes a valuation model for the investment target:Chinese painting&calligraphy, and proves by empirical method, to provide an important reference for fund assets evaluation. In addition, the article discusses brand building of the fund and services provided to the investors, and put forward the concept of fund salon and fund club. The article also states the relationships among investment consultants, sales and financial team. |
