Research On The Leasee’s Credit Risk Management Of Financial Leasing Company In China

Because the financing lease their own advantages, since the nineteen eighties was introduced into China after the unceasing development, is currently in a stage of rapid development.Financing lease as a kind of financial instrument, the inherent risk is difficult to eliminate completely. Along with the development of financing lease in social and economic status and related sectors of the economy more and more risk。Credit risk of leasee, the research object of this paper, is more complex than other types of risks.In this paper,"Concept-risk analysis-risk assessment-practical application"of research methods to research comprehensive analysis is made on the lessee’s credit risk. On the concepts of financing lease, the lease financing risk mechanism, risk types, which determine the research emphasis of the lessee’s credit risk assessment. On the lessee’s credit risk identification is the first phase of the project, and through the lessee’s moral hazard risk and ability to repay to analyze credit risk. The second step is the credit risk assessment and management.The dissertation presents two credit risk evaluation models based on fuzzy evaluation model, combining with the China southern airlines group company carries on case analysis, set the corresponding index system, carries on the quantitative and the qualitative analysis. According to the lessee’s credit risk, credit risk management measures are discussed in the order of before, in the process of and after the leasing project.
