Research On The Internationalization Path Of China’s Private Enterprises

Our government’s "going global" strategy, adaptive to economic globalizationand internationalization of industry development, pointed out the direction for thefurther development of China’s enterprises. After30years of reform and development,private enterprises have become an important support of China’s economy, with thescale of private enterprises increasing from only a few thousand dollars to a thousandmillion, a billion dollars or even hundreds of billions. Obviously, the "going global"strategy of our country is difficult to realize without the participation of privateenterprises. This paper analyses the status and motivation of the internationalizationof China’s private enterprises, summarizes the main internationalization modes ofprivate enterprises, and demonstrates the influencing factors of private enterprises’internationalization mode selection. The paper focuses on the case of WanxiangGroup. Through deep research of Wanxiang’s internationalization modes andcharacteristics of its internationalization path, private enterprises can learn fromWanxiang through its internationalization path selection and its internationalization.The last part of the paper will propose some advice from the perspective of enterprisesand the government respectively.
