Research On Internationalization Path Of Chinese Private Enterprises

Upon China entering into WTO,our private enterprises’ ability in international business has a significant improvement and it also has the condition of internationalization.Under the guidance of our government strategy of “going out” and “The Belt and Road Initiative”,our private enterprises are actively exploring the path of internationalization.In this paper,the present situation and problems of private enterprise internationalization in our country are analyzed.It states the main way to internationalization of our private enterprise.Taking the internationalization of Wanxiang Group as an example in this paper,I study the path to internationalization and analyze the international stage,characteristics and reasons for success,etc.Through the study of Wanxiang Group’s internationalization,hope it can partly enlighten our country enterprise internationalizationIn general,the internationalization of China’s private enterprises and multinational operation is still in primary stage.This thesis hopes to be able to summarize successful experience and analyze the success of Wanxiang Group.It also has its certain theoretical significance for the internationalization of private enterprises in our country to find suitable to the development of the internationalization path.
