Research On The Impact Of Industrial Structure Alteration To Energy Consumption Of Hebei Province

Since the reform and opening up policy, Hebei’s economy has made grate progress,industrial structure is optimized ceaselessly. Different industrial energy consumption are atdifferent levels, in industrial structure, if the proportion of high level energy consumptionof industry is higher, it will improve the overall national economy energy consumption. Inthe process of economic development in Hebei Province, industrial heavy trends is furtherhighlight, When the emerging industry has not completely replace the traditional industry,economic growth really needs a lot of energy consumption. Although Hebei provinceenergy resources relatively abundant, only by their own production of energy, cannot itsatisfy the needs of economic and social development, the gap between supply and demandhas beening increased. If this situation continues, it will definitely affect the sustainabledevelopment of the economy in Hebei province. This study aims to provide important basisfor Hebei province on adjusting industrial structure, optimizing the allocation of resources,to ensure sustainable development goal advancement.In this paper, industrial structure and energy consumption of Hebei are analyzed byqualitatively and quantitative on the basis of their general theory. Firstly of, describing theindustrial structure and energy consumption of Hebei. Secondly, study the impact ofindustrial structure alteration to energy consumption, energy structure and energyconsumption intensity by use of quantitative model. Finally, through the above analysis, wecan get the followed conclusions: the second industrial is the focus of energy saving; theconsumption proportion of refined oil, gas and water electricity is increasing; the efficiencyof energy is the main reason for reducing the energy intensity in Hebei. And to makeappropriate recommendations combined the actual situation of Hebei province.
