Research On Hebei Province Industrial Structure Optimization Based On Energy Consumption

Energy always plays an important role in human life and it is the human survival anddevelopment the important material base. Especially after the industrial revolution,environmental pollution and ecological destruction problems gradually highlights with thesharp increase of energy consumption, they slowly evolves into a global common difficultproblem.China has obtained a series of achievements after30years of reform and opening up, butalso it is faced with a series of resources and environment problems, such as the recentfrequent "smog" across the country, up water pollution incident. Of course, the reason is morecomplicated, it directly relates to long-standing tradition of extensive development pattern andcauses a large number of energy waste. The exploitation of non-renewable resources such ascoal, oil restricts the ong-term economic development. Hebei province as one of the earlydevelopment of the energy base in China has made great development, and it also faces manyproblems to be solved at the same timeTo this end, the paper use the research method of combing norms and empirical,quantitative and qualitative analysis with widely data collection and literature. And it researchthe industrial structure in Hebei province from the angle of energy consumption. In theresearch, I find the leading industry of Hebei industrial structure is the heavy industry, while itis the largest industry to consume energy. Not only that, the structure of energy consumptionchanges difficultly, the low energy efficiency and the small-scale of the new energydevelopment are also found. And I sum up the industrial changes can’t make energy saving, itincreases energy consumption on the contrary. Among them, the industrial has the biggestimpact on energy consumption. Thus the industrial restructuring should vigorously developthe tertiary industry, reduce the proportion of industry in the national economy; meanwhile,the government should create the environment of energy saving in the whole society to achieve the optimization of industrial structure with the development of new energy andenergy-saving technologies.
