The Relationship Research On Trust And Knowledge Sharing Based On The Evolutionary Game

With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy and the rising of knowledgemanagement, the knowledge has become the important resources which theindividuals construct core competitiveness and achieve sustainable competitiveadvantages by. It is difficult for individuals to realize the updating of knowledge andcreation solely. So it is looking for partners and forming cooperation alliances thathave become a tide and trendy. But the most of these researches are based on westernsocial cultural backgrounds, ignoring the situation of a standard of the social relationsand human ethic.And these conclusions don’t apply completely. So this paper willdiscuss further based on the social reality in china.In order to study the correlations between trust and knowledge sharing, this paperintegrates the trust and knowledge sharing into the same framework with the literatureresearch and the game analysis. Firstly, the paper make a specific analyze in view ofthe basic problem in the process of the knowledge sharing to clear the researchquestion. Secondly, it summarizes the theories of trust and knowledge sharing: Thepaper comes up with the institution-based trust, cognition-based trust and affect-basedtrust of interpersonal network, based on strange relations, acquaintance relations andfamily relations; and puts forwards two stages of knowledge search and knowledgetransfer, based on knowledge transfer directions. Once again, it definites variables andcorrelation assumptions, constructs evolutionary game model of individual knowledgesharing with evolutionary game theory and concludes the positive and negativecorrelations by analyzing the modeling. Lastly, taking seven variables as intermediaryfactor, it analyses that these trusts influences the two stages of knowledge sharingspecifically by these factors. Thus it concludes that the affect-based trust building inthe family network has a remarkable effect in knowledge search stage; that thecognition-based trust building in the acquaintances network has a remarkable effect inknowledge transfer stage; that institution-based trust building in the strange networkhas a global effect in two stages of knowledge sharing. Lastly, according to the sevenfactors and research conclusions, this paper makes some measures and suggestions to prompt the knowledge sharing: we should improve environment construction, abilityconstruction, system construction to perfect individual trust and to strengthen thepersonal and organization competitive.
