| With online shopping spreading quickly, China’s e-commerce market is rapidlyexpanding; the e-commerce distribution bottlenecks gradual emerge. Distribution ismore and more difficult, the problem of slow distribution makes a lot of e-commercebusinesses have turned to the field of logistics. The location of the distribution centerhas a direct impact on the operational efficiency of the entire distribution system,cost-benefit and customer service levels. As constraints with the need of thee-commerce distribution, transport conditions and natural conditions and other factors,to meet the shortest delivery time, minimum distribution costs become the main targetof the distribution center location. GIS as a powerful spatial analysis tools, makedistribution center location decisions rely on geographic information systems moreintelligent and rational. We collected the status of domestic and international distribution of e-commerce,defines the concept of e-commerce distribution center, targeted to make the principles, conditions and objectives of the e-commerce distribution center location. Selectingvarious theories and models of location decision to analyze the application conditionsas well as their advantages and disadvantages. Finally determine the combination oflocation model and GIS in this article. Analysis China’s e-commerce needs in currentsituation making clustering analysis to requirement region and finally got5strip areas.Take the highest demand area for example, using GIS to study a large area within thesite layout, make two programs of a single facility location and multi-facility location.Take advantage of GIS in single facility location, the most short-circuit and gravitymethod to find the center. Use GIS in multi facility location with time satisfactionfunction, P-median and heuristic algorithm. Finally according to cost and timeeffectiveness as the basis for evaluation of the sites, identified the final high demandarea of Hangzhou, Zhengzhou and Guangzhou. When using GIS, collect data andattributes of the demand orders, road grade conditions, the length of the routeconditions, demand conditions of time, distribution costs to establish a database. This location method can effectively avoid the defects of the traditional location modelwhich have inaccurate distance and subjectivity, making a combination of qualitativeand quantitative. Giving an outline to e-commerce enterprise’s logistics systemplanning, focus on distribution center site layout from a nationwide. |
