Distribution Center Location Research For Qingdao GOME

Distribution center that is important for social logistics organization mainly realize commodity resources node of the collection, sort and intensive and distribution activities. It is an important part of reducing logistics cost effectively. Logistics distribution center location is the strategic level of logistics system of enterprise,significantly affects the efficiency cost and development .The main content of this paper is divided into two parts: theory research part and practice research section.The first part is theoretical research .Explains the background and theoretical significance and practical application value. In commodity flow, commodity flow generating from the economic efficiency and the social efficiency should be got attention,; In domestic and foreign literatures of distribution center , reading about the current research status and site selection process in the method is mainly used to - precise gravity method and AHP, genetic algorithm and grey relational analysis , Finally analyzes the influencing factors- natural factors,economic factors and infrastructure factors.The second part is investigation. First,introduce the geographical condition,weather conditions of Qingdao,through the analysis of distribution center of Qingdao concentrated position giving the first spare location– Si fang Anshan ,researching the logistics center of Qingdao GOME at present , it is as optional location 2– Li Cang gold water way. Through the investigation of the collection of the relevant sales data, using models of gravity method get the third alternative locations, finally using AHP evaluates three optional location. This model innovate gravity method and AHP, the decision-making model has more credibility.Distribution center site selection research in logistics value constanly should be paid more and more attention, at the same time for distribution center location problem research method of continuous innovation and improvement will be better, and made enterprise mine "the third profits source" well.
