Processing trade as the main way for China’s participation in the global productionchain.Since the1990s，China’s processing trade has maintained an annual growth rate ofmore than20%. On the structure of the processing trade goods from the labor-intensiveproducts absolutely led to the development of both the direction of the labor-intensiveand capital and technology-intensive products. As a result， the processing trade have aprofound effect on a series of economic development in China-related issues， also had apositive role in promoting China’s industrial structure. Therefore， this article focuses onwhether the development of China’s processing trade will be the upgrading of industrialstructure in China and what impact， and verify whether technological progressmediating variables affect China’s industrial structure upgrading of processing trade.Firstly in this paper， from three aspects to discussed the processing trade in Chinahow to influence the upgrading of industrial structure， and technological progress istheoretically proved that processing trade role in upgrading of the industrial structure inour country one of the main ways.And then explore the development of processing tradein China and its characteristics， combined with the development of China’s industrialstructure to carry out the analysis results show that the changes in China’s industrialstructure and development of processing trade in China in the overall trend remainedconsistent， whether it is in the technology， capital and market the finest elements of acatalytic role in inference processing trade have a positive impact on the development ofChina’s industrial structure upgrade， based on this article， further analysis of theimpact of China’s processing trade to promote industrial structure optimization factors.Chapter infer empirical analysis， inspection certificate， the import and export ofprocessing trade is indeed the optimization of the industrial structure in China willproduce a certain role， then progress mediating effect of inspection techniques areprocessing trade role in China’s industrial structure mediating variables， confirmed that technological progress is indeed one of the main ways of processing trade to promoteChina’s industrial structure optimization， and processing trade， imports， exportsaccounted for more than20%of enhance the role.
